About Julie

Hello!

My first memory of dieting is at about the age of 8. My first memory of wanting to lose weight was to be Jeanne from I Dream of Jeanne and use my magic to make myself skinny! I have either researched or tried many diets and have had success, followed by weight regain. As a naturopath and nutritionist, I have seen similar patterns with clients undertaking weight loss programmes: success, then a long slow road back to a similar or heavier weight.

Through research, experience and a desire to provide a different, long-term solution, I have developed a programme that looks at all aspects of your health - mind, body and soul - to help you achieve long-term, sustainable goals. The secret? The focus is not on calories in and out, but other aspects that may be hijacking your ability to maintain good health and weight that is appropriate for you.

If you want to get off the diet merry-go-round and focus on your health and not your dress size, let’s work together. If you are ready to approach your health differently and focus on long-term, sustainable goals, click below to book an appointment.

As an extension of this, I have written a manifesto that touches on my experience, beliefs and drive as a woman with a higher purpose than worrying about how the world perceives me according to what my body looks like. I believe we all have a special gift (or gifts) to offer the world to make it a better place and I want to promote a healthy body, healthy mind and healthy soul so that we can all achieve what we are here for.
