This programme is supported by science, developed and run by me, a degree qualified naturopath and nutritionist, and its purpose is to help you lose weight in a sustainable and healthy way.

The science is in: low calorie diets might help use lose weight, however they also affect our metabolism long after we are finished dieting. This affects us to the point that maintaining weight loss becomes difficult, if not impossible, without further restricting calorie intake…and so the cycle is perpetuated.
